An event to  honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. will take place at the Seawalk Pavilion from 9am – 1pm. The keynote speaker will be JFRD Captain Percy Golden. Poetry readings, music, dancers and greetings from local leaders are part of the program. The celebration is being hosted by the Rhoda L. Martin Cultural Heritage Center, in partnership with the City of Jacksonville Beach.
