I look forward to the Trick-or-Treat Film Festival EVERY year, & it’s finally back! This kick-off party introduces you to the festival at the Creative Veins Studio, where you’ll be able to register your team to create a 5-minute horror film in 3 weeks (due Oct 23) and leads up to the Film Festival on Oct 28th. The results have been HILARIOUS in past years, as you have a mixture of people who have worked on film sets before, to people who have never stepped foot in front of a camera. All you need is a cell phone/camera, & a friend! Team captains are selected at the party (free to attend, $13.13 to register / person), and they’ll then draw from 4 cauldrons to determine your team’s film requirements (conflict, weapon, sub-genre, & location). This is your cue to step outside your comfort zone. I promise it’s worth it!
