The NOIR Art Expo is the First ALL BLACK ATTIRE Art Expo that will consist of a Live Art Show with multiple canvas painters, Contemporary Art Galleries, A Live Panel Discussion featuring the top creators in the city, and Live Music!

Some of the featured artists include Chris Clark, Marcus Williams, Brittany Barr and Reina Kashima!
This event will be held at 1904 Music Hall in Downtown Jacksonville, Florida and will serve as the night time after hours event to the THINK BOLD FESTIVAL! We will also be starting the event with a VIP film screening of the Black Is King Film by Beyonce in conjunction with Black Films Matter!
