2 reasons to make it to MOCA this week!

Ideas of Our Time is a lecture series providing a forum for creative dialogue with artists, educators, and others around some of the most vital and important art and ideas of our time. This month's lecture will be led by local scholar, artist, & poet Clark Lunberry (pictured below) who will speak about Don't Blame It On Zen: The Way of John Cage & Friends. 3/23; 7-8pm; $8 for non-members

2. Coffee with a Curator is held with Assistant Curator Shana Dickler, & is just as the title states; Coffee & conversation about the new exhibition "Contemporary Cartographies: Mapping Identity." Contemporary Cartographies includes works from MOCA Jacksonville's permanent collection, complemented by loans from local and national artists, charting their surrounding landscape both literally and figuratively; 3/25; 11-12p; $15 for non-members
