Art Walk takes place every first Wednesday of the month in Downtown Jacksonville and is always my go-to recommendation for anyone who just moved to Jacksonville and are looking to get a true glimpse into the city’s culture. The route I typically use is starting at James Weldon Johnson Park, heading to The Lark gallery space next door (for the Black Circuit exhibit!), go back up Laura Street and swing by Wolf & Cub boutique, stroll down to the Vystar Breezeway on Bay st., hit the Jesse duPont center and end at Ruby Beach Brewing. Along the way you’ll run into a ton of live music, vendors, creatives, and pop-up art spaces! I’ll see you there!
