I’ve been waiting for this event for MONTHS and it’s finally here at the Riverfront Plaza (old Landing)! The WORLDWIDE street skating competition is coming to Jacksonville on the 13th (or 14th). “The tricks performed in Street League Skateboarding are among the most innovative and daring in skateboarding. When skaters are attempting insane tricks, the weather conditions have to be perfect as the onset of rain, dew, wind or other factors could be extremely dangerous - which is why the 14th is the second option.”.
The League is returning to it’s original roster size, with a hand-selected field of the world's best skaters in street skateboarding. This elite group of men & women will battle it out in three events over the course of four months, all for a chance to top the podium at the pinnacle of competitive street skateboarding, the Super Crown World Championship (which is the one held here, in Jacksonville!)
