For its fifth and final year, the ‘90s Fest heads to a new spot in Elkton with more space for dancing, food trucks, and hacky sack. Sisqó headlines with “Thong Song,” joined by C+C Music Factory and local tributes from Ramona + the RIOT and Sailor Jane. Other acts include 90’s tribute staples like Kid Kold Overdrive, Tauk, and DJ Natural on the garage stage. Hulk Hogan hosts from the main stage, keeping things squarely in character.
