A five-course pop-up from Naked Kitchen and PHXJAX, featuring locally sourced ingredients and a surprise menu revealed at the table. Dishes include braised cabbage with miso butter, lobster bisque pasta with fresh egg yolk pasta, and mussels in a fermented tomato broth. Sides bring the heat with miso-fermented fries, and dessert is a berries-and-cream setup with raspberry kombucha reduction. Drinks are included, and seating is limited.
