Go Skateboarding Day, launched in 2004 has been celebrating skateboarding culture annually on June 21st (first day of summer & longest day of the year), since then.
This time, The Block Skate Supply partnered with PlacemakingJax to activate Shilo in LaVilla for the day. They have over $3K in cash prizes, food, beverages, other giveaways all morning. They get things started at 9am and cash prizes begin at 10:30am. Free to attend, whether skating or viewing (like me!), so I’ll see you there!
