Most of us are familiar with the greats that were a product of Douglas Anderson High School and rarely do we get a glimpse into what today’s youth are creating. ‘Black Arts - A.L.I.V.E’ is one of those rare times that the public is invited in. This is an extravagant show that the black and brown students of DA put on each year. It's completely ran by students and get's a huge attraction each year. You can attend on either Jan 18th or 19th, starting at 6:00 PM where food trucks will be on site for people to eat before the show starts (There is no eating in the theatre, so arrive early) at 7:30pm.
