Contemporary fiber artist Rowland Ricketts has cultivated a unique farm to gallery practice using traditional methods to create dynamic installations featuring the distinctive blue of natural indigo dye. Indigo, which has been used by people around the world for more than 6,000 years, is created through a process that has been shaped by each successive generation and with the insight of indigo traditions from across cultures.
