The Block along with Downtown Vision Inc. are creating a pop-up skate event by and for local skateboarders celebrating the creativity and diversity of the Jacksonville skate scene. The Block will bring in skate elements creating a small skatepark for skaters to showcase their skills for chances to win upwards of $3,000 in cash and prizes. We’ll have music, drinks (beer and soda), food and a handful of local vendors to support the event. Vendors will include a DJ, food trucks, retail vendors, and will be open and free to the public as long as they sign a waiver and get a wristband.
