WATCH THING - The Carnival Costume Reveal for 2023, and will feature local and out of town bands/troupes, as they unveil their Carnival presentations for the 2023 Parade. These exotic costumes will be displayed by an array of models. This will be your opportunity to choose which costume best catches your eye and you will want to represent in the parade.
