The 37th Annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Breakfast will be celebrating the life & legacy of Dr. King. The breakfast encourages individuals & corporations alike to come together for the improvement and development of Jacksonville. Breakfast will be held from 7 to 8 a.m., & the formal program, hosted by Dawn Lopez of Action News Jax and Anthony Austin of First Coast News, will commence at 8 a.m. featuring Mayor Donna Deegan and leaders from the NAACP Jacksonville Branch, Jacksonville Urban League and JAX Chamber. The program will also spotlight our 2024 Tomorrow’s Leaders presented by VyStar Credit Union award recipients. This component recognizes and awards young students in our community who exemplify the philosophies of Dr. King through leadership, community volunteerism & civic responsibility.
