Take all the fur babies home with Black Friday free adoptions! Beginning on Black Friday, November 24, adoption fees at both JHS and Animal Care and Protective Services (ACPS) will be waived. This free adoption special will last through Sunday, November 26. The community is invited to come out to both shelters to meet a wide variety of available pets! Hundreds of dogs and cats will be available for adoption at the Jacksonville Humane Society. All pets are altered, microchipped, and vaccinated prior to adoption.

JHS will be open from 10am- 5pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

ACPS will be open from 12pm – 4pm on Friday, November 24 and 10am – 6pm on both Saturday and Sunday.
