Did you know Jacksonville is home to the largest Filipino-American community in the state of Florida? During this Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage month, Agnes Lopez Photography’s Pinay Project illuminates local Filipina artists and provides a platform for their voices in the “I Am Here” exhibit, featuring portraits of the artists and their work. The artists are holding a meet & greet to share their art, stories, and culture at MOSH on May 27 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. Come out and support these incredible artists!
