The Springing The Blues Musical Festival takes place every year in April at the Seawalk Pavilion in Jacksonville Beach. It’sa free, outdoor blues music festival that celebrates America’s indigenous musical form. The three-day oceanfront event features national, regional and local blues artists on two stages.
