As a primarily plant-based eater myself, I ALWAYS look forward to Veg Fest! Getting to spend the afternoon in Riverside Park while trying out how vegan / vegetarian cuisine evolves every year is my idea of a good time. Everyone from Mov’s Vegan Kitchen to KraVegan will be in attendance - so my schedule is officially cleared!
