Art and Activism: The Legacies of the the Black Arts Movement at UNF

Art and Activism is part of the Radical Philosophy Association's 15th Biennial Conference and is prompted by With fists raised: radical art, contermporary activism, and the iconoclasm of the blak arts movement, an anthology edited by tru leverette hall (2021).

The event will comprise a panel discussion including artists in various forms (writing, performance, painting, photography, and beekeeping & urban agriculture). Each artist will have 5-7 minutes to introduce a sampling of their work before the discussion begins.
