Where you’ll find me on Tuesday night is at the best bar in the city, Volstead, located right in the middle of downtown.
Sixteen local bartenders are put head to head in a bracket-style, on the fly, pressure-filled, mixology battle to duke it out for the $500 cash and a chance to compete in the Final Tournament for the ultimate title of "Bartender's Brawl Champion of 2021."
Each round will begin with each bartender dropping a coin into our homemade Plinko board. Each slot along the bottom corresponds with a different mystery ingredient that both bartenders must employ in their drink. (The amount of the secret ingredient will be up to the bartender, however, in the event of a “close call” the judges will be selecting the drink that they feel best utilizes the secret ingredients.)
