I’m always a huge proponent of shopping local, but every year I’m extra enthusiastic when it comes to “Small Business Saturday” (the day after Black Friday). Yes, get the electronics you want elsewhere, but bring the family down to downtown and shop with locals - whether it’s Sweet Pete’s, Wolf & Cub, or Bellwether. Downtown Jax is also hosting a scavenger hunt where the first 100 shoppers to seek out & scan at least five QR Codes on Small Business Saturday will receive a $20 #DTJax gift card.
