One of the most entertaining things you can do in Jacksonville this week is heading to Barbara Colaciello’s Story Slams! A story slam is a live storytelling friendly competition similar to poetry slams. Storytellers have 5 minutes each to tell a TRUE personal story based on a THEME chosen for the event without the use of notes. The theme this time is : HUSTLE! You can either put your name in the hat and be one of the 8 people who go up, or just sit back and enjoy the stories. Truly a unique experience, and one we don’t take advantage of in the city!
